One of Ellen's favorite games they've played is called "What That Do?" where she guesses what a product does. Then they played "What They Do?", where she guessed what some people do for a living. And that inspired her to play new game called "What They Did?", featuring her staffers and one surprise celebrity guest in which she attempts to figure out what job they've previously had.
